A lot of times we think it is what we tell customers about a particular product that they take not knowing that they would have done their research before walking into your store most times. Especially now that Google is there for all. You can even invite clients to make a video and talk about their experience with your products. Review help new customers make up their mi ds about your brand. Ask for reviews all the time.
4. Relate better with your team Or staff. They are your marketers as well treat them well and they will move your products like it's theirs.

You should as a business owner talk about your brand and present yourself as an expert in the field. Join Facebook groups that are engaging,, interact with group members and make real connections. The goal is to stick in social users minds so they think of you the next time they need to make a purchase. Create opportunities to be in the front of your audience.
6. Attend events or host one. Continue networking in person around your local area, host parties, lunches and all. I am not a party person but I am working on that. Mingle, connect with people you can never know how that will impact your business.

Make customer loyalty a priority If you can create loyalty programs fine but if you cant just do some free giving or rather giveaway or discounts that will keep customers happy too. Give lots of freebies and organize challenge or raffle draws.
8. Build an email list. A lot of times I hear people say they lost their Facebook account or their IG. They have to start over and can only reach a few Friends. But do you know with an email list you have nothing to worry about? Expecially if you have alot going on on social media. You have a TV show, a business page you have built and followers on IG etc.

9. Listen to what your customers are saying. When you have been in business for years it's easy to believe you know what's going to sell and how to market your products and services. But doing the same old things you have been doing might not be okay going forward things change all the time and customers wants and needs change. This is still boils down to asking for feedbacks.
